Vintage 1950s Rockabilly Gabardine Flecked Rayon Jacket
. A nice weight of drapey orange rayon gab with blue and gray flecks which were hard to photograph. See the closeup pics for detail. Notched collar with patch pockets, padded shoulders, two button front, three on the cuffs, and a skeleton satin lining. One interior pocket too. The brand is Cresco Fine Sportswear with a size tag of '40'. Measures 22 inches across the chest under the arms and 19 across the shoulders. The length in back, minus the collar is 31.25 inches and the sleeves are 24.25 inches long. Good condition with a few issues. There are some interior stains on the lining which aren't visible from the outside. A couple of tiny spots and a pinhole on the exterior, see pictures. Also a small fade spot on the center of the back and some loose threads on the rear center vent, also see picture. Otherwise quite nice. These issues are pretty subtle and don't really detract from the piece honestly. Some of the pictures make the jacket look a little 'splotchy' and or stained on the outdside, but its not. Just my poor photo skills. A great and somewhat unusual gab jacket. Shipped promptly. Questions welcome.
